Luke James Steele, lead vocalist for Empire of the Sun, the electro pop band from Australia, performs for a capacity crowd at the Civic Theatre on O'Keefe Avenue in New Orleans Thursday, September 19, 2013. The group is the first to preform in the newly renovated theatre. Built in 1906, the Civic Theatre is billed as the the oldest in New Orleans.
