About Thomas Piketty
Thomas Piketty is a French economist and author. He is the director of studies at the École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS) and is a professor at the Paris School of Economics. He had completed his PhD at the age of 22 after which he went to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Economics Department, where he taught as an assistant professor.
