Description of Mindset: The New Psychology of Success (Paperback) by Carol Dweck
Carol Dweck, the author of this book, found out about the power of the human mentality after years of exploration and research. This book reveals to us that capabilities and talent are not the only parameters for success, and gives us the reason for this conclusion. Merit and capacity will not help a person in gaining self-confidence, nor does it result in achievements. If we try, we can help children get inspired and guide them in improving their results. Everyone can meet their targets, whether they are private or work related targets. The author also explains how a small thought can grow into something that inspires you to go on a quest for discovery and growth of self-esteem. Read this book to lay the foundation for great success in any field of your choice.
