About The Authors
P. N. Roy Chowdhury is an Indian Author and was the Additional Chief Secretary of the Gujarat Government.
He has also authored The Conceptual Approach to the CSAT, Paper II.
A retired IAS Officer, Chowdhury has vast experience in the field of Administration and Management. He procured his Master’s degree in Finance from Strathclyde University in Glasgow, and completed his MBA degree from the University of Rochester in the USA. Hailing from the batch of 1977, he is currently the Director General of Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration in Ahmedabad and the Joint President of Strategic Planning at Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited.
G. Subba Rao is an Indian Author and was the Chief Secretary of the Gujarat Government, hailing from the IAS batch of 1965.
A retired IAS officer, he also functioned as the Chairman of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission from 2003 to 2008.
